What makes a great Quilt of Valor?

Like a quilt you'd make for a family member, it needs to well constructed, all-cotton fabric, and machine quilted (preferred).

We tend to favor the red. white, and blue theme, and also star blocks. The idea is to honor and also be patriotic.

Here are links to some patterns and blocks that you might enjoy making.
